Costars on Brothers and Sisters and fishing buddies
EVER CATCH ANYTHING?
MR: Sometimes no fishing is done at all.
ARE WOMEN EASIER TO CATCH?
DA: Once this girl—within 10 seconds!—comes up to Matthew and says, “Are you gay in real life?” And he said, “No.” And she said, “Come with me.” And that was the last I saw of Matthew that night.
SINCE YOU’RE OLDER, DO YOU ADVISE DAVE?
MR: He calls me Yoda.
DA: He gives the best advice. ‘Cause I get into relationships quickly. I’m a cuddler.
MR: Cuddling is fine. Just don’t say “I love you” on a first date.
DA: I’m like, “Bro, I just finished the appetizer and I said I loved her. Is that bad?”

Each month, Cause Celeb highlights a celebrity’s work on behalf of a specific cause. This month we speak with David Annable, actor on ABC’s soap opera “Brothers and Sisters,” about his involvement with Project A.L.S.
Question: Can you explain what Project A.L.S. is and outline its goals and mission?

The organization has been around 10 years and they’ve raised $37 million.

Again Dave didn´t get an Emmy nomination although he was on the submission tapes for the episode 36 hours. It´s such a shame. Hopefully he´ll get nominated next year.

The all-star cast of hit drama Brothers And Sisters traded sunny California for Europe this week as Ontario-born Luke Macfarlane and his hunky co-stars Balthazar Getty and Dave Annable jetted into Rome for the city’s annual fiction festival.
As well as checking out the culture on offer in the beautiful Italian capital, the 28-year-old star - who’s revealed he and his character Scotty share a similar sense of humour - has had a chance to mingle with the A list, too.
Pictures following soon.
